This Music Will Academy Privacy Policy (“MWA Privacy Policy”) describes how Music Will, Inc. (“Music Will,” “Our,” “us,” or “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Music Will Academy platform available at academy.musicwill.org (“Music Will Academy”). All terms and conditions contained in the general Music Will Online Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this MWA Privacy Policy and the Online Privacy Policy, this MWA Privacy Policy shall control with respect to Music Will Academy.

Educators over the age of 18 may create Teacher Accounts on Music Will Academy. In order to create an account, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself, including your name, email address, username/password (when registering for an account), school or organization, number of students taught, and city and state. You agree to: (i) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and (ii) keep your account information accurate, current, and complete at all times by promptly updating it as necessary. In the event we discover we have collected such information from children in creation of a Music Will Academy account, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details or Google account. For more information about social media registration and Google API data use, please refer to the “Teacher Accounts” section in our Online Privacy Policy.Music Will Academy may include forums where you can post content and share other information with users of Music Will Academy. You agree not to post on the forum or share with other users any of your personal information. Music Will reserves the right to remove any content containing personal information from Music Will Academy.

Any student-facing educational content is accessed through educators and does not require student login.
